App is poorly developed and slow, often unresponsive, recognizes touch badly. I'm not really seeing where the AI is beyond "increase weight over several sets until it's challenging." It's wildly overpriced for the level of quality, esp in a world of many free or single pay programs of similar quality. It doesn't do much to differentiate from a decent spreadsheet and common sense.

The training itself is very nice but has too many problems for me to actually do a full cycle. 1. More often than not when you punch in your sets and how they went, they buffer forever unless you restart the app. 2. If you happen to get sick or injured, there's no way to pause your progress and will force you to scroll back to the week you're supposed to be training. 3. The Community feature does not work on phones, can't upload any videos for form check, making it obsolete for a lot of people.

I have been in weightlifting for a some time and wanted to try. Not worth it. For such a pricy app, the 2 week free trial is not for 2 weeks, the app is a bit buggy and you can't even access you earlier programs after you cancel the sub. Sure the AI modifies the training a little bit, but wasn't anything crazy. Just buy yourself a coach, or if your budget is smaller, just some training program for 2-3 months to get started. Catalyst Athletics have also a free daily workout.
